Service as It Should Be
All supplements and herbal products are made with 100% USDA-certified organic herbs. Herbal supplements are not FDA regulated. Please contact a Medical Physician prior to beginning any herbal regimen. This product is not intended to replace or treat any medical diagnosis or problem. The consumer assumes all risks when using herbal products.
Refunds: Due to the sensitive nature of the products, there are no refunds/exchanges on yoni steams, teas, salves, loose herbs, or yoni supporting products that have reached consumer hands.
. However, if you have an issue with your order or if you believe the product is defective please contact us and we will be happy to serve you right away.
There are no refunds on ANY courses once access has been established.
Cancelations: You may cancel an order, consumer has 72 hrs after placing order to cancel. All canceled order refunds may take 3-5 business days to reach method of payment.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions must be canceled by customer by logging in, We do not have access to your personal banking information.
Consultation time frame: All consultation appointments are nonrefundable and must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase or funds will be forfeited.
We have the right to refuse service and or business to anyone.

Allergies: Please keep in mind some products are made with oils such as almond, grapeseed, and avocado, if you have such allergies please be cautious.

Shipping: Turn around time for processing orders is 7-10 business days to ship. Orders placed after 2 pm will be counted as the following day. Large orders may require longer processing times, you will be notified via email. Yoni towels may also require additional processing time due to inventory. Please do not call regarding shipping times unless shipping timeframe has exceeded.

Lost packages: Tracking information will be provided to the customer in an email once package has shipped. Once item is electronically confirmed as “delivered” On Her Throne is not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and file a claim. If you would like to place “signature required” shipping and or additional insurance on your package please place that in your notes. Additional fees may be charged for this service at the customers expense.
Communication: The best way to contact us is via email. Please keep in mind we process many orders daily and are not able to take phone calls during the day. Please allow 24-48 hrs for someone to return your email or inquiry. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HERBAL/HOLISTIC ADVICE BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT A CONSULTATION. Rebranding guidelines:

Yoni steaming practitioner certification, and/ or proof of business may be requested prior to placing order.
Yoni steam ingredients may not be shared or sold.
Blends can only be rebranded and sold under On Her Throne products that you have permission to do so. You may not use the exact same ingredients to make your own blend as this is a form of trademark infringement. On her throne signature blends are legally copy righted and trademarked.
